Programme Manager, Role Modelling
I started at OUTstanding in 2013 as a research assistant for the first Top 50 role models list. I was approaching the end of my MA in Gender, Sexuality and Culture focusing on performance and representation of identity; studies which lent themselves very nicely to my work at OUTstanding showcasing role models.
Throughout my time here, my role has evolved from research and events to project management, and I am now responsible for the whole role modelling programme. Along with the annual Leading Executives lists that we publish in the FT, I also work on the role modelling events series which encompasses our regional and international events, and our larger, more high profile events such as the Summer Reception and Annual Gala Dinner.
It’s been amazing to be part of OUTstanding from the beginning, watching it grow and evolve into what it is today. I feel so fortunate to be part of a company that not only aligns with my personal interests and values, but also has a significant positive impact around the world.
